Four boys were released from Kachere Juvenile Prison after their fines were paid.  One of the boys cried when he was told he was going home.  It was a great team effort with H2O providing the funds, Paralegal Officer Moses Chione performing the legal work necessary to obtain the release orders, and Pastor Charles Msukwa coordinating the effort.
